The Quantum high-speed disc separators are belt-driven and mounted on a steel base with a 2205 stainless steel bowl and 316 stainless steel wetted parts. They're designed and built to perform in the most demanding applications. The Quantum Series Separators are engineered to operate for continuous 3-phase separation. The heavy liquid phase is discharged under pressure and uses a fully variable water-operated solids ejection system.
